Delete your account and data
This page explains how to request deletion of your Boogie Games
account and the data linked to it.
Boogie Games is operated by 5th Ocean Studio Private Limited
(CIN U72900TG2022PTC169479), Hyderabad, India. It applies to the app
Boogie Games: Fun Mini Games on Google Play.
How to request deletion
In the app
- Open the app and tap your avatar (top-right) → Settings.
- Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted. Your account and data are removed per the timeframe below.
By email
- Email support@boogiegames.xyz
from the same email address you use to sign in with Google.
- Use the subject line Delete my account.
- We verify the request against your account and confirm by reply.
If you play as a guest (no sign-in), include the User ID shown under
Profile → Settings so we can locate the right account.
What gets deleted
Once verified, we permanently remove:
Account profile
Name and email address received from Google Sign-In
Identifiers
Your account and guest User IDs
Loyalty balance
Boogie Coins balance and reward history
Activity
Gameplay progress and in-app activity tied to your account
What we keep, and for how long
Some records are retained only where the law requires it, stored in a
restricted form and not used for any other purpose:
Transaction records
Purchase and payment records, kept as required under Indian tax and accounting law
Fraud-prevention logs
Minimal records needed to prevent abuse, kept up to 90 days
Timeframe
Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
